The word "Ayurveda" is derived from the Sanskrit language and means "knowledge of life" or "science of life". Ayurveda is a holistic approach to health and wellness that emphasizes the balance between mind, body, and spirit. It uses natural remedies and techniques to promote health and prevent disease.

Here are 25 Ayurvedic terms commonly used in Ayurvedic medicine:

Kapha (카파)
one of the three doshas, representing earth and water elements.
Dosha 중 하나로, 체액 및 체액 순환의 원리를 나타냄

Pitta (피타)
one of the three doshas, representing fire and water elements.
Dosha 중 하나로, 대사와 소화 작용의 원리를 나타냄

Vata (바타) 
one of the three doshas, representing air and ether elements.

Ojas (오작스)
vital energy that supports overall health and vitality.

Agni (아그니) 
digestive fire responsible for the breakdown of food and absorption of nutrients.

Ama (아마)

Prana (프라나)

Dosha (도샤)
one of the three biological humors that determine an individual's constitution and health.
인체 내의 생체 에너지 유형 중 하나로, 바탕 체질에 따라 세 가지 유형으로 나뉨 (바탕 체질은 Vata, Pitta, Kapha 중 하나)

Rasayana (라사야나)
